They are dishonest. They are unable to meet contract dates and make up false reasons for delays. Do not work with this company. The owner will lie to your face about status updates.
We went with Garage Doors Unlimited only because they worked with ******** Garage door service and we were confident because we had faith with ******** customer service. They are frauds! Sold me a garage door then months later delivered door that didn't fit, I had to wait weeks later for another door that had windows and I did not order windows!! When I called customer service about it, they told me I agreed to window - I NEVER even got a call about windows! Customer service said they would "do what they could to have it fixed". Stay away from them!!

Jacob and Nick were terrific. Professional and hard working. They pointed out a small dent in one panel we did not even see, so they gave us the choice of replacing the panel or $$. Love our new doors.
Absolutely amazing folks to work with. Made my purchase through Costco and GDU took it from there. Prompt and professional and the doors look stunning. Adan our installer was the best. He explained the entire process, my warranty and operation. He left the garage better than he found it....spotless.
