RecommendedTo a point except they're expensive and I have to pay everything I need out of pocket being a Security Officer. I have to be picky on prices for what I need. I can't even afford a Bullet Proof Vest or Taser Pulse, so have to do without
Customer service is horrible! 3 emails, a phone call where they “transferred me” and hung up on me. How hard is it to cancel an order because you said it was in stock but it really wasn’t, then you lied and said you tried sending it but my card declined? I had money and you never sent an email saying this at all!

The NKC location is phenomenal! Crissi helped me with my fitting for my pants and she was very friendly and curtious throughout the whole transaction. She even answered any question I had about the store. The location itself has a nice couch area while you wait. Great location.

Galls uniform store is the most unorganized uniform company I have ever ordered from. The company I work for signed a contracted with them over a year ago and they are still trying to get all the employees their uniforms. We are not a big company either, about 250 people. Ordering stuff online takes over a month to receive. Their sizes are inconsistent. Returning uniforms that don't fit takes a long time as well, then you get to spend another month while they ship out your exchange. So if you do decide to order something ple... read more
