Galls made a refunding error and refunded my purchase back to the wrong account. After it took them nearly 2 1/2 months, Galls corrected the refund and restored my business with this company. This has been my over problem with shopping with this company over the last 5 years. In my experience the service representative have always been knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Galls to new customers.
Not really impressed with this store. Online it seemed like they had big selection. Went into one of the Minneapolis,MN stores and they had maybe 25-50% of it actually in store. Pretty disappointing. Employees were nice but in store selection was very very poor. Won’t shop there until that improves.

Not sure what happened with delivery & customer service communication lately, but this last order (if I receive it) will be the last) If I would have known up front to expect order in *22 days* I would have made alternate purchase. Boots I ordered were part of a new work protocol, and after missing cutoff date, I ended up making semi-local purchase of oversized substandard quality boots (I wear small women’s boots that are not easy to find) Also recently took a chance on a couple brands ... read more

I have been buying from Galls for 15 years. I had a small problem with my last order and they went out of their way to correct the error. I highly recommend them.
they had everything I was looking for.
The galls retail store in Columbus Ohio has poor customer service and never answers their phones. Even when I called corporate today they could even get an answer from them. This is a constant issue. How does a company operate this way. How is one able to find out the status of an order????

Ordered some coyote tan boots. I didn’t like the way they fit so I returned them. According to customer service it was one day outside of their return policy. I’m active duty in the Navy and unfortunately I wasn’t able to try on the boots and return them until 3 weeks after I ordered them. I’ll never order from here again. Thank you for the military support 🇺🇸 Galls.
