I ordered a product on Monday, shipped Tuesday FedEx ground - lie. The only reason I ordered this product from Galls is because they would see to it that the product shipped Tuesday and I would have received it no later than Friday. Galls told me the product would ship FedEx Ground. No one knows where the package is. It is somewhere out there and will arrive sometime next week maybe on the 18th or maybe on the 19th. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't exchange 2 pairs of pants because the tags had been taken off. The size was wrong. Refused to correct the issue. I will never buy anything here again.
My recent purchase has been completely unacceptable. I place an order for PPE on 5/27 and paid extra for two shipping. On 5/30 I call to find out where the order is and they tell me it's been sitting in the ID Department for 3 days. On 5/31 I was assured by your rep on the phone(check the notes on this order) that this would arrive on Saturday, 6/1/19. first of all I will never use galls again. I have ordered a name tag from them and received the wrong product twice, that's not the problem though. the problem is I have now been charged a THIRD time and still don't have the right item. and galls customer service is arguing with my wife saying g they didn't charge us when our bank statement shows otherwise.. I shouldn't have to pay for the mistake the engravers made!

Second time buying from Galls and getting smaller (female) stripes sewn on my shirt. Last time, the customer service contacted me back in a timely manner and fixed the problem, refunded the stripes and patches since I had to get another pair and have them sewn on. Now I get my new shirt same problem as last time. Last time, I was told that the stripes got mixed up, and some other people had the same issues. Just stopped in at Galls in Wichita and as usual, as weird as it is to say, never has a uniform shop been so friendly and helpful. Ive been a wearing uniforms and interacted with uniform stores all my life, haven’t been to one like this before. I’d stop in just for the cookies and the delightful conversation honestly.
