I purchased boots from Galls using two pre-paid visa gift cards that I received at Christmas. I had to return the boots and I explained to the customer service representative that I thrown the gift cards away. I explained that I needed the money returned to me via check or in store credit. The customer service representative advised that the request would be noted to my account. Waiting on shipment for 2 weeks, I call and was told my order was refused by my postal service, the funny thing is it never made it the my postal service for them to refused it. SMH
