Great service from Shelly Villanueva at the new North Kansas City Store! Even with the construction workers cutting a hole in the roof, they got the job done!
I hate this place. The service is horrible and the hours the worst. Today I tried to stop at the Minneapolis location to find that the showroom was closed because of “HVAC issues” - but it was warm enough for the staff to be working inside in the dark. I trudged across town to Saint Paul to find out that 4” of snow was reason enough to close. I ordered a streamlight stinger flashlight new in July of 2017. It quit working while I was on a call a couple weeks ago so I took it to a licensed repair place recommended by streamlight. The shop discovered the battery sold to me with a brand new flashlight from galls was from 2009 which made it 8 years old when I purchased it. If you purchase a light from galls make sure you check the equipment before you use it. Your safety depends on it.

I went into the North Kansas City location looking for an item that I needed. I was met by Crissi who was very pleasant and helpful. My department no longer has a contract with Galls but that did not stop her from helping me and getting me in and out. Thanks alot Crissi!
