Purchasing gift cards is a JOKE! You will NOT receive them within 24 hours, as advertised online. It’s 2018, there is NO reason it could or should take up to 5 days?!?!? #youhavebeenwarned

Horrible customer service. I tried to return a pair of pants that still had the tags on them and that have never been worn, but they won’t return them. All they can tell me is they are not restockable, but they can’t tell me why. The sad thing is I just needed a different size. I guess I will be taking my business to tactical gear and finish my Christmas shopping there!! NEVER again will I do business with Galls and I will make sure I tell everyone that I know the same thing! I have NEVER had a problem with Tactical Gear!

ordered concealable body armor in October and it keeps getting pushed out, now expected delivery is January. Cancelled order and found Safeguard body armor. Ordered Friday and I've already received a tracking # with expected delivery tomorrow (Tuesday).

I placed an order for nearly $2,000 and only have half of it two months later. Ordered two months ahead of time so we could have everything by the time our fire department Christmas party on the 22nd because I knew some items would be back ordered but two months is getting extreme, customer services really does try and help but they can’t do anything about it. I’m going to give it a couple more weeks and I’m requesting a refund for items we haven’t received. Will probably go somewhere else if we have a large order again.

Keep getting the run around. Been told my patch would be here this week (been waiting since Oct 1st) and was told they forgot to send it out to be made. Going to be another 3-4 weeks.

Galls has purchased several uniform companies. Since their purchase, customer service has reached an all time low. After talking to the Galls rep at the IACP Conference I thought things would improve. Absolutely no improvement experienced. Their emplyees in the Houston store seem embarrassed. I've talked to people in the Dallas area who are having the same issues.
