Ordered a belt in the Cincinnati store and was supposed to ship to my house, find out it was shipped to the store I called and they said they would ship it. They went through UPS and they don’t deliver to a P.O. Box so now it’s sitting at a UPS hub in Cincinnati and it’s been over a week. Absolutely ridiculous, took me forever to get someone to answer me and they “assured” it would be shipped to my home. Never again, first and last order from this household.

Customer service staff need better training. After requesting an order to be cancelled, was told the order was cancelled when in fact, being shipped from supplier, it was not. This caused financial issues for me, and a great deal of time on the phone. I will order direct from manufacturer in future, and NEVER from Galls again.
Payed extra $30 for two day air . Shipped out on July 27, tracking says July 31st and they refused to give me refund blaming UPS. Lost a loyal customer today !
Worst place to shop online for. They dont work with you, their rude and they make unauthorized transactions through your account. I will never work with them again. Go to tac 511 if you want good service!
Not bad Gall’s... not bad at all. I purchased a pair of shoes online yesterday morning and paid normal (the cheapest) shipping. By the time I got home, I had an email confirming my order. By the time I awoke this morning, I had an email telling me the shoes had shipped. When I got home today, they were sitting on my front porch. No mistakes in style or size. Nice doing business with you.
THIS IS one of the most useless and horrible companies that I ever had to deal with. Husband is an active duty, placed an order of overnight shipping Monday July 2. EVEN CALLED , spoke with 4 different representatives that day, SPELLED Everything letter by letter, EXPLAINED how important this order is !
