EVERY ORDER for the past couple years has been screwed up! Just once I'd like to see them get something correct the first time! My recent order (a patch order) was incorrect, now it appears I was charged for their error. I haven't received the correct order yet, and was told today it would be a couple more weeks. Hello I am a retired Cop for Nottingham in the UK, l want to buy a pair of CHP Motor Cycle Breeches as I have a 2003 Chevvy Impala CHP full speck. I have all the uniform except the breeches. I am a Cop re-enactor. I have emailed this company at least 6 times, asking them if l can buy a pair, & if they will at my expense ship them to the UK. NO REPLY AT ALL. What is the point of buying anything from them.??? They send me emails everyday asking me to buy Police Equipment. Very disappointed.!
Recently ordered a job shirt for work and was happy when I came home and it was on my door step. Just in time for my next shift and these cooling temperatures. Opened my package and quickly realized it is NOT what I ordered what so ever. I order a 5.11 3XLT Job Shirt with custom embroidery. I got a Horace Small brand size Large Job Shirt. Not the correct brand or even the correct size!!! I'm not even sure how that gets mixed up but needless to say I am VERY disappointed....
My first experience has not been good!!! I ordered a under armor tach jacket and it was to be delivered last Monday thankfully i called before i took the 35 min trip to find out it was on back order, ok why wasnt I notified oh we are sorry for that we will txt you when it comes in.
