RecommendedAttended Galls Grand Opening today in North Kansas City. The new store was clean and organized. The staff was very courteous and knowledgable about their products. I especially appreciated the assistance from Crissi Beutler. She went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of boots for winter work. Thanks! I look forward to being back soon.

Galls always takes really good care of what ever needs our Animal Control Dept. may need. The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional when we visit the store. Galls is a very welcoming environment. The employees are very polite and they got good customer service. Crissi Beutler was the one who helped me through out my visit. She made sure i got everything i wanted and to my satisfaction. She was very polite and very helpful.
Thank you Galls and your support of the Gulf County Sheriff’s Department in their time of desperate need. This department of 35 officers has been on duty nonstop for 8 days in wet boots after Hurricane Michael destroyed their county. Your team in KY (especially William, Nicole and the warehouse guys that shipped the order quickly) were so helpful to me as I placed the order in slightly panicked state. We are forever grateful to you for shipping new boots to them so quickly! Thank you.

EVERY ORDER for the past couple years has been screwed up! Just once I'd like to see them get something correct the first time! My recent order (a patch order) was incorrect, now it appears I was charged for their error. I haven't received the correct order yet, and was told today it would be a couple more weeks. Normally, they don't charge my card until the order ships. But this morning a charge shows on my account, and I receive an email that THAT order (their error) has been closed!
