Purchased tac pants online and went by the sizing chart. way too big. ok no problem, sent them back. I paid to have them shipped back. I got a refund for the pants only. so I paid for shipping to and from. almost $20 and no item. Could have at least refunded my initial shipping. sorry Galls, correct the sizing charts and maybe we'll talk.
RecommendedAttended Galls Grand Opening today in North Kansas City. The new store was clean and organized. The staff was very courteous and knowledgable about their products. I especially appreciated the assistance from Crissi Beutler. She went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of boots for winter work. Thanks! I look forward to being back soon.

Thank you Galls and your support of the Gulf County Sheriff’s Department in their time of desperate need. This department of 35 officers has been on duty nonstop for 8 days in wet boots after Hurricane Michael destroyed their county. Your team in KY (especially William, Nicole and the warehouse guys that shipped the order quickly) were so helpful to me as I placed the order in slightly panicked state. We are forever grateful to you for shipping new boots to them so quickly! Thank you.
