Worst place to shop online for. They dont work with you, their rude and they make unauthorized transactions through your account. I will never work with them again. Go to tac 511 if you want good service!
Not bad Gall’s... not bad at all. I purchased a pair of shoes online yesterday morning and paid normal (the cheapest) shipping. By the time I got home, I had an email confirming my order. By the time I awoke this morning, I had an email telling me the shoes had shipped. When I got home today, they were sitting on my front porch. No mistakes in style or size. Nice doing business with you.
THIS IS one of the most useless and horrible companies that I ever had to deal with. Husband is an active duty, placed an order of overnight shipping Monday July 2. EVEN CALLED , spoke with 4 different representatives that day, SPELLED Everything letter by letter, EXPLAINED how important this order is ! The entire ordering and return process has been extremely disappointing. Not only do the sales reps not care after the sale, but promises broken on swift refund after return. I will NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I recently got a bag from Galls gifted to me but it ended up ripping so I decided to send them a message and they replied fast and asked me if I had a receipt but unfortunately didn’t have it because it was gifted they told me to send them pictures of the bag so I did so and Galls replied and said they were going to see what they could do once they got back to me they told me that they had shipped my new bag. I’m calling for a boycott, not once but twice, TWICE!! They have sent my order with an embroidered upside down American flag... how does QA not catch that? How does that happen twice?
