The entire ordering and return process has been extremely disappointing. Not only do the sales reps not care after the sale, but promises broken on swift refund after return. I will NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I recently got a bag from Galls gifted to me but it ended up ripping so I decided to send them a message and they replied fast and asked me if I had a receipt but unfortunately didn’t have it because it was gifted they told me to send them pictures of the bag so I did so and Galls replied and said they were going to see what they could do once they got back to me they told me that they had shipped my new bag. I’m calling for a boycott, not once but twice, TWICE!! They have sent my order with an embroidered upside down American flag... how does QA not catch that? How does that happen twice?
Ordered rain gear next day delivery, paid 50.00 for it, still waiting 3 days later. First and last time shopping here..
I ordered and paid for several items at the Charlotte store. I was told by the sales associate that I should receive my order with in 5 days. 5 days later, I had nothing, contacted customer service and was told 7 to 10 days for my order. Two weeks later I have received part of my order, and these items were rolled up and stuffed in a bag, not folded neatly and in a box, but stuffed in a bag. After having the law pro sweater for a few months I noticed that there was a hole directly in the seam. After speaking with Customer service and sending it back. They’re sending me a new one! Great customer service and a fast response!
