RecommendedAlthough thay had a fire at the North Kansas City store. I'm so happy to see my friends laura and Shelly at the Lenexa store. As always they spoil me with courtesy and professionalism. Love you guys. Good luck.
Terrible processing time, and you're paying standard shipping cost. First time ordering and realized they have up to 6 days to process the order(as pointed out by customer service, really nice clause). Ordered the 4th, still not at post office today and it is the 9th of May. And it only needs to ship to TN. Lesson learned, will NOT recommend and tell my military buddies to avoid this site I have to go back to my default that ships next day.
I was in a pinch and Laura and Chloe at the North Kansas City location really took care of me! They helped me find the right size, they made recommendations on colors and coordinating, they helped think about items I had forgotten about (like a belt) and they even assisted in getting a name embroidered in the uniform shirt - all in 20 minutes! They were spectacular. Thank you!!!
