Ordered rain gear next day delivery, paid 50.00 for it, still waiting 3 days later. First and last time shopping here..
I ordered and paid for several items at the Charlotte store. I was told by the sales associate that I should receive my order with in 5 days. 5 days later, I had nothing, contacted customer service and was told 7 to 10 days for my order. Two weeks later I have received part of my order, and these items were rolled up and stuffed in a bag, not folded neatly and in a box, but stuffed in a bag. After having the law pro sweater for a few months I noticed that there was a hole directly in the seam. After speaking with Customer service and sending it back. They’re sending me a new one! Great customer service and a fast response!
Ordered some clothing for work and vacation. The processing time needs to be fixed. Everything was in stock but three days later everything out of stock and getting everything I ordered a week and a half later when i wanted to use them for vacation. Really disappointed. I should of ordered from 5.11 or the firehouse store and they would of had them on time.

I purchased Bike Patrol shorts for my husband several days ago. I was concerned that he wouldn’t receive them in time since I ordered last minute. We received them in less than a week. I wasn’t sure of what size to get but Galls provided a size chart on there website which was very helpful. They fit perfect and true to there size.
