Yesterday I went into the North Kansas City store and was helped by Shelly. As always she was extremely helpful and is the difference between just going online to make my purchases.
I have ordered lots of time from here and never had no problems with orders or service so i 100% would order more from them and i have had good service
The absolute best place for top quality and durable gear. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend to anyone in a public service profession. Galls is the only place to go!
I exchanged to pairs of pants a few months ago in galls/Kansas City. They did it quickly and I had no issues.
Worst store ever. Only store we can order from, so were screwed. Drove all the way down to the store, just to see a sign on the door that They're closed due to the dam weather. Grow some please
