I have called the Cincinnati store several times in the last week and left two voicemails to check on the status of a ballistic vest that was ordered for a new officer. No one ever answers the phone for customer service, and I still have not received a return call from them. I shouldn't have to drive an hour round trip to find out if this vest is available for pick-up because nobody wants to answer the phone at the store. The service rendered at Galls (207 Armour Rd, North Kansas City MO, 64116) cannot use any improvement in my opinion. I remember when I first started my law-enforcement career roughly 6 years ago, I stopped at Alamar Uniforms (which was the name of the business at the time) to purchase a handcuff key, that was the first time I met Shelly Villanueva.
