The people at the Gail’s NKC store, especially Chrissy and Tina, are amazing to work with. The customer service is the best that I have experienced in a long time. I will definitely be a lifetime customer.
I have ordered 2 items from Galls and each order have been very good in value. The first time I ordered, I had a email stating that I would not receive my order until one month later. I wasn’t happy about that, but Gall’s customer service helped me with my problem. I recently ordered another item and it actually came in a day earlier than suspected! Thank you Galls!
