I have ordered 2 items from Galls and each order have been very good in value. The first time I ordered, I had a email stating that I would not receive my order until one month later. I wasn’t happy about that, but Gall’s customer service helped me with my problem. I recently ordered another item and it actually came in a day earlier than suspected! Thank you Galls!

Ripped me off 60-70 bucks by never sending me my order. Asked about it through email SEVERAL TIMES!!!!!!! with no response. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going else where. Never again will I do business with you. If you reply... you will not get a response from me... screw you and this company.
Worse customer service EVER. I had ordered the wrong pair of boots so I tried calling and sent an email before they were shipped out. Zero response.. The boots show up to my door without a return label.. tried tweeting for help.. think they answered? NOPE. So I try wearing the boots since I’m stuck with them and hate them. Worse boot I’ve ever tried breaking in.. I’ve limped for almost a week and have to wear bandaids because they rub so much. Will NEVER buy from these people again.
My experience will Gall's has always been good. Costumer service is friendly amd knowledgeable. I wasn't expecting my order until after Christmas. It was here Friday Dec 22.
NKC Galls, loved the coffee bar , customer service and especially the candy that shelly brings, I felt like I was on the Vip list with my personal shopper.
THEY SUCK,STAY AWAY FROM.LIE FROM ONE END OF THE ORDER TO THE OTHER END WISH THEY HAD LESS THAN POOR.
I'd like to order more of your products, but I love how these huge free shipping promotions exclude Alaska. My "free shipping" is an additional $24.99 surcharge on all orders. News flash - it doesn't cost that much to ship most orders to Alaska if you know how to do it efficiently. $5 or $10 surcharge I could maybe understand. Way to lose a customer.
