How many times do you have to put a hold on my bank account before you actually accept the payment i called and made two weeks ago. Will not do buisness with galls again.
Our fire department tried ordering new shirts and patches from your company. We had a need by date, which was 4th of July weekend, and that was stated in March. First your representative didn't show up for a scheduled meeting for fittings, he said he wrote the wrong date, then we were apparently denied a line of credit, never told this and we aren't really sure why as we know this should not be the case. Company is horrible. I have an order from march 23rd and still haven't received it almost 5 months later. Had to cancel it then all of a sudden it's been shipped out. Company sucks and god forbid you have to deal with the rep Tiffany coons. Absolutely horrible.

Edit: came today and the shoes are very nice quality Ordered here over a week ago and hasn't even started shipping yet. I have called twice in the past week with no help. All the customer service reps on the phone say "it should ship tonight" but it doesn't. I need this package by June 5th and it looks like that won't happen.
My post on galls page says it all. Was told I'd get my order after two weeks. Then two weeks later I was told it wouldn't ship till a month after the order was placed. Then this morning, three weeks after the order, I get an email saying it won't ship till 6/15/17. Galls use to be great, this is just sad customer service now.

Ordered a jacket and was told that it would be in stock in May 2017, so I ordered it. Called next day as my order hasn't shipped and was told that it shipped and was on the UPS truck and that it wouldn't show that online because the jacket was holding it up. I received the tracking number and was told that they will not do anything to discount another jacket because the rep did not notate the time frame they quoted me.
