No. They increase their merchandise cost after you input a coupon so it makes it the same price as before you put the coupon in. That is crappy CS from a company that says they support public servants. Took my business somewhere else.
I sent in my company logo to be embroidered on 5:11 shirts. 6 weeks later and no response. Customer service is incompetent. Their response is the rep will call me but never does. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
I've ordered through Galls for many years without issue. The people I dealt with were always helpful and pleasant. Recently I ordered a couple items and was told everything was in stock and should ship out within a few days....2 Weeks later I call in to see what the problem is and I'm told. Waiting on items to come in 2-3 more weeks out. Just BAD BUSINESS! Very disappointing.
Pathetic shipping times on in stock items.4 days and the item still hasn't been shipped. It was IN STOCK! No clue when it MIGHT ship. You MIGHT get your order.........someday........maybe not.....customer service has no clue what's going in the warehouse.
I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with this company. I purchased a tactical belt on December 9th and still have not received it... I sent customer service an email regarding this and have not received a reply back. It's been a few weeks since I sent that email. I don't think I will be ordering from this company again which is sad because I used this company when I was an OC Sheriff Explorer and had nothing but good experiences.
I would give a 5 star but a couple of things in my order weren't right or they were damaged. shipping was right on time though and I can make due with what I got.
Ordered three Bayco flashlights from U S Calvary on Dec 5th,2015 received two never received the third one.Recently contacted Galls still no flashlight.They said they had no records from U S Calvary.Will never buy fom U S Calvary AKA Galls again.Bad companies, crooks and thieves.......James
Horrible customer service. They still have yet to refund my order that was cancelled back on Nov 30th 2016...
Contacted Galls about a wallet I purchased from them that is literally falling apart at the seems making it useless. I was hoping they had a warranty or would simply back their products and reputation. Instead, Haylee, a Rep, just reiterated that I was over the refund deadline. Small example, but spoke volumes about Galls' character. As a result, I'm taking my business, as well as my department's consistent business elsewhere. I hope $30 was worth it.
