The worst customer service I have EVER heard of. Sent me product with missing parts, so sent out new product few days later. Never sent anything to ship product back with missing part and expected me to pay. Id right more but cant fit unreal though you just lost customer.
Unfortunately, there are few police uniform shops in central Ohio. The selection is limited and the service is slow. Amazon gets most of my business.

Placed an order on 5/31/16 with Galls. Got an e-mail almost instantly that my order was received and would ship UPS Ground. I called on 6/2/16 to check if the order was shipped and get a tracking number. I was hoping the purchase would come so I could install over the weekend. I was told that the order was flagged because my billing address did not match the bank/card. I have used this card for 20 years plus and get the bills monthly, so they must have the correct address. Department switched to knew uniforms in January and when j received my 5 shirts (3 short sleeve and 2 long sleeve) my name was misspelled. I took them in that same month and was told it would take about 2 weeks. I was finally able to pick up 2 of the short sleeve polos. I deal with the employees at Cruse on a daily basis. The ladies working both up front and behind the scenes are the best. Steve and Cindy has a great staff. They put up with me and my last minute calls everyday and jump to help. They make my job as the Quarter Master at LRPD a lot easier. Stay the way you are ladies.
