Ordered from them over the phone using a VISA gift card, I received the goods that week and all was well, 6 months later I start receiving a bill from them for the order, they tell me the gift card didn't go through, the gift card was thrown away after I received the order. Now they are threatening to report me to a collection agency. Don't do business with these people!
It should be obvious that, if you order something, you need it. I could have driven to Lexington, KY and back by now. THEN, ship my order via UPS to the Post Office? So my order has been sitting, within 20 miles of me since early yesterday morning, instead of being delivered. Reminds me why I gave up on Gall's YEARS ago.

Since writing Galls on back in December regarding my poor service. I received a call from Sharon the supervisor. Sharon called me on January 5, 2015 at about 10:36 am and assured me that I would have my refund in 36 to 48 hours. Guess what! Today is January 15, 2015 and I still have not received my refund. The radio mounts I got are awesome very sturdy over rough terrain and bumps and the installation was fast and easy and the paint is very durable I highly recommend you guys to my friends.

I had originally ordered a pair of Magnum Response II boots from the Galls online store, and I waited a week to receive my boots. After I waited for one week, I still saw in my bank account that's Galls had not charged me for my order, so I decided to call customer service to figure out what was happening with my order, and the customer service member I spoke with informed me that the Magnum Response II boots I ordered were out of due to the newer model (Magnum Response III) taking its place on the store shelves. Poor service in my experience. Sales reps are constantly "away from their desks" and then when you do get ahold of them the items you order take a month to arrive. Occasionally, after this long wait, the items are not what you ordered. A friend of mine ordered one of our navy blue uniforms with all of our patches and what he got was a tan uniform with all of our insignia on it. That was at least worth a few laughs, so I suppose they deserve the star.
