I placed a order on 02/09/2016 got my confirmation and a notice saying they would not ship out until 03/01/2016. So today 03/08/2016 I call to find out the status.... Were sorry sir your card was declined... I ask when did that happen because the charge posted as soon as I placed the order... And have not been notified by my bank that they declined a charge... Response was 02/11/2016 and we emailed you a notice.. NO NOTICE was emailed to me so I have been sitting here for over a month waiting on items that will never arrive.... read more
I order boots, in size 7.5 ladies, but receive 5.5 n man, which was too small, I order twice, very hard to receive the actual size you need
Love the Lexington, KY retail store. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When I went to purchase boots for work, they helped too ensure I got the exact right fit and made sure I got exactly the type boot I wanted. I've purchased numerous items from them, and will continue to do so as I need them.
Piss poor quality control. My department's embroidered emblem was turned 90 degrees on its side. This after waiting four months for the item. Do people actually look at these items before shipping them?
I ordered bugles for two lt. And a capt and I went with next day shipping as we needed them for a ceremony two days after I ordered. I paid for next day to secure them being here on time. Two items shipped and got them next day. The third did not ship and I got them them two days later. I was displeased to say the least. They did however make it right after two phone calls and refunded me my $38 worth of shipping.
