If they had an option for a negative amount of stars, that would be the rating I would give. Order placed at the beginning of October still had no delivery date. And then I was charged three different times for the same order. I was discouraged by service rep, Tim Muncy to not order directly from Under Armour. I called Under Armour and guess what, my item is being shipped out, TODAY! Thanks for nothing, Gall's. Never again.
Tim Hickey is the best rep I haven't had any problems getting my orders or returning items, he's so helpful and friendly. He set our department up with their own on line site and the officers seem to love it Thanks Tim
Have always got good service and ontime deliveries. But, I've found some items cheaper through some others stores.
I love galls. They have anything you coyld think of having or getting. I go through galls alot with buying my lights for pov, and will probably be getting my rescue gloves from here to this is the best site i have found and is better than the fire store i think.
Customer service over the phone is an absolute JOKE! My boyfriend was having a hard time trying to get in touch with them over an order he placed for a Fire Academy. When he placed it he was told the items would be delivered by the first day of the Academy and yet the tracking number they gave us was bogus. Was on hold forever and the gentleman (if he deserves to be called that) was INCREDIBLY rude. He was so clueless, it almost hurt to listen to him. Im so disappointed in Galls. I've always had outstanding customer service until my most recent experience. I took a promotion, ordered new uniforms and boots and did not recieved any updates on my order until I called 9 days later. Then was told my items were on back order but someone would call me by the end of the day last thursday. No one called so I called Friday, was told one of my agency reps would call me before the end of the day. Im waiting for my 3rd. shipment today thanks to customer service who fought the USPS to get my package delivered to me without an extra charge!
