I never recived my order that I sent out November 6 2015 they person at galls I talked to send they never recived it and I sent payment threw the mail to the address iam not happy whith galls right now you charge so much for your items and as a vol firefighter I don't think it is right all I order was a stream light flashlight and I have to go threw all of this crap I cant afford to be shipping payments because you guys say that you have recived a payment and I get the run around this is stupid I want a flashlight for free a... read more
Ordered 2 Badges and badge holder, came in just 3 days excellent service and the products are very durable and awesome.
Really poor customer service, they keep passing you off, to even more incompetent people.
I tried to order something and I didnt get correct correct informations, they said my credit card didnt work and everything. I always called them and I never got a response. Waited one week till I saw at the end that I wont get my order. The lady from the credit card department Beth Graham was really unfriendly.
I have always found the service at the Galls store on Arizona Circle in Los Angeles subpar. But, because uniform stores are limited and my department contracts with this location, I am forced to get my uniforms from this location. I went to the store in question approximately a month ago with a department chit to obtain uniforms. They stated that they would need to obtain the requested items from a warehouse. Poor service, cant get the orders right at all. Sales rep is very unorganized. Dont waste your time here.
