Bastards charge sales tax for out of state orders. Which is not required and is unconstitutional
I needed customization on my first order, and placed my order via phone to do so. Brenda in customer service was great, and supplied me with a coupon that (if I remember correctly) gave me free shipping at 15% off my order. I'm an individual who made the purchase for myself, and not a department. They still treated me like I was the most important customer they had calling. It was wonderful customer service! I've ordered from Galls for close to 5 1/2 years now. I've never had an issue with an order. Usually shipping promptly and having everything I ordered. I placed an order last week, and received my package yesterday. Turned out, I was missing an item. I called Galls, it was around 4 pm central time so I'm thinking I'll be on hold forever. Piss poor business practice! No honor or ethics here. I ordered two pairs of 5.11 Vandal shorts on the 26th of June. The ship date kept getting bumped back as I patiently waited. Now on the 22nd of August, you cancel my order stating the item has been discontinued. You sold them at a price lower than other retailers and now you don't want to deliver, and although per your email to me, you say the items are discontinued, you still have them for sale with a ship date of 9/9. I've trusted Galls with three of my orders so far there has been a problem with all three... Order boots that weren't in stock, was promised they'd be shipped and we'd have them by that Monday... A week later still nothing.. Called the store several different times several days in a row with no answers as to where my $175.00 pair of boots were... Ordered and received 4 pair of TT784 KHA Galls Tac Force Tactical Pants and every one of them the cheap snap will not stay secured. So I wrote them and they want to switch them out with 4 more pair so I can find that the cheap snap on them will not stay secure. My last order through Galls

The worst customer service I have EVER heard of. Sent me product with missing parts, so sent out new product few days later. Never sent anything to ship product back with missing part and expected me to pay. Id right more but cant fit unreal though you just lost customer.
