Pathetic shipping times on in stock items.4 days and the item still hasn't been shipped. It was IN STOCK! No clue when it MIGHT ship. You MIGHT get your order.........someday........maybe not.....customer service has no clue what's going in the warehouse.
I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with this company. I purchased a tactical belt on December 9th and still have not received it... I sent customer service an email regarding this and have not received a reply back. It's been a few weeks since I sent that email. I don't think I will be ordering from this company again which is sad because I used this company when I was an OC Sheriff Explorer and had nothing but good experiences.
I would give a 5 star but a couple of things in my order weren't right or they were damaged. shipping was right on time though and I can make due with what I got.
Ordered three Bayco flashlights from U S Calvary on Dec 5th,2015 received two never received the third one.Recently contacted Galls still no flashlight.They said they had no records from U S Calvary.Will never buy fom U S Calvary AKA Galls again.Bad companies, crooks and thieves.......James
Horrible customer service. They still have yet to refund my order that was cancelled back on Nov 30th 2016...
Contacted Galls about a wallet I purchased from them that is literally falling apart at the seems making it useless. I was hoping they had a warranty or would simply back their products and reputation. Instead, Haylee, a Rep, just reiterated that I was over the refund deadline. Small example, but spoke volumes about Galls' character. As a result, I'm taking my business, as well as my department's consistent business elsewhere. I hope $30 was worth it. This was by far the worst retail experience I have ever encountered! I am a LEO and I purchased a plate carrier from Alamar, prior to the transition to Galls. Upon receiving my ballistic panels, I learned that they did not fit the carrier I purchased....Continue Reading
Recently I ordered a ploy/cotton blend class B shirt. On a previous order, I had ordered a cLass A and had to send it back because it was not the proper shirt. The same incident has happened. I looked both shirts up in the flying cross catalog to verify they were the shirts that were in regs with my dept and even had help from a local distributor of flying cross. however, I do not believe these are the shirts from the catalog.
