Horrible service. I’ve been on a priority list for a vest carrier for a year now. Every time I come in to ask about it I get the run around. I would never spend a dime in this place.
I ordered a pair of boots online. When I received the boots I opened the box to find 2 different boots. One was the boot I ordered and the other was a completely different boot. I called Customer Service to get it corrected & was told I would need to send them back. I asked if I could keep the correct boot & they could just replace the boot that was wrong. I was told they needed both boots back. So I send them back & then they tell me they are out of stock on this boot and won't be getting any more. They refund my money. The... read more
First off, shipping is ridiculously slow. Second I ordered a pair of boots, and when they finally arrived, they were a used pair with no tags just shoved in the box. Waste of time and money shopping with them.
I ordered a duty holster for my gun that I needed for the police academy needed it by Saturday 9-24-2017 I placed order on 9-21-2017 payed for 2 day air for extra $39.99 so I would have it on time even had leeway for Saturday since didn't have class till that afternoon and as of 9-24-2017 it still hasn't even shipped from the warehouse or wherever yet so one strike from the academy. Three weeks of emails, voicemails and no response whatsoever. Bad customer service. After finally calling the main number and complaining, the rep forwards the email to another rep and we start all over. Very disappointing - beware if you are in a hurry
Customer service never got back to me about my issue. I ordered 2 pants, only recieved 1. I reached to Galls, they sent an email stating that they would have to see if the item was available and send another pair out. Never heard from them again. I paid for 2 pants. I would like my other pair.
I cannot say enough for the help given to me by the associates this morning. �
Advertisement says "shop now!" I'd love to but you're closed early w/o notice. We drove 5 hours for rural SO supply pick up to no avail. Super annoying. Considering our previous order for my husband's vest was delayed by several weeks as someone conveniently forgot to place the order before leaving on vacation, we won't be back.
