On 8/1/2017 I ordered two pairs of ASP handcuffs. When I placed the order it said they were in stock and should ship the same day. I checked the status on 8/2 and 8/3 only to find out that the in stock items I had ordered still had not shipped. I then called their customer service number, and I was told that the order was being packed for shipment. On 8/4 I received an email with a UPS tracking number. I liked this company up until the past few months. Our dept. Orders boots and supplies from this company. Recently I have ordered 3 pairs of boots and was told on the first of June the boots would be here on July 7th well it's the first of August I have recieved 1 of the 3. Was told that the order has been pushed back to August 19th. They are blaming the supplier Bates. I went to your store in Atlanta, Ga on Friday to purchase some items that I need for a oral board that is today. I selected several items from the sales floor display racks (high gloss mag pouch, keepers, a new high gloss belt and a pair of Bates patent leather shoes). When I went to pay for the items, the sales woman refused to sell them to me. I said that you must be joking these items were on the sales floor. Ordered a outer vest carrier. Was told it was in stock. Called back a week later. It is backed order. Just wanted payment. I will not use Galls. Again. There are a lot better places to order from.
