Ordered a set of uniforms on Wednesday for overnight delivery with the holiday in between expected them by Friday, Monday item still have not shipped. Called them and they said that there was a problem with the card it was a government issue card. This was not a government issued card it was my personal card. If I can write zero stars This is not the first time I've had issues with galls will never be going back.
Ordered tennis shoes a month ago, they were out of my size and supposedly had a shipment comming in the next week, still have not recieved them. The company you bought out, uniforms unlimited was never out of stock. I hope metrotransit cancels the contract.
This has been the most frustrating and worst shopping experience ever. I placed an order for $600 worth of gear. I then get an email asking for a copy of my driver’s license to confirm the address or my order will be cancelled. I then send the copy of my drivers license and my order still gets cancelled! Call up the next day and speak with a rep who replaces the order and I email her a copy of my ID and gets it while we’re on the phone with each other. I ordered and item and received confirmation of order. Then I check status next day and it's cancelled. Item not in stock. Customer service on phone was good, tried offering a discount to make up for my time. But I would have just ordered from another company had I known it was not in stock. During call they admitted to glitchy online orders.
Order # 8902529 on August 30 10 nightstick heavy duty weighted magnetic base & 10 nightstick rechargeable safety flashlights. Magnetic bases came within a week & flashlights were on backorder due date by end of September. November 7 & still no flashlights.
2.5 months and 4 special trips to get two black 5.11 polo's and they are still wrong. I'm done with you.
I find that most of their products I can find cheaper elsewhere and in stock. Most of their items come from other manufacturers and it is cheaper to get it straight from the manufacturer and then it is a third party
