Hey these guys really know customer service. Mark the manager in north Kansas City really stood by first responder when he fixed an issue with my ems pants. Crissi and Joelle helped out a ton and were able to find or order everything we needed for two people within a reasonable amount of time. They helped both people get fitted and went out of their way to ensure the fit of their uniforms was professional looking as well as comfortable.Thank you for being so friendly and helping us out!
I shop at the North Kansas branch and I LOVE the staff there. Joelle always makes sure we are taken care of and is a problem solver extraordinaire. We recently did a complete overhaul of our uniforms and they made the process easy! Thanks Galls!
