Placed an order on 5/31/16 with Galls. Got an e-mail almost instantly that my order was received and would ship UPS Ground. I called on 6/2/16 to check if the order was shipped and get a tracking number. I was hoping the purchase would come so I could install over the weekend. I was told that the order was flagged because my billing address did not match the bank/card. I have used this card for 20 years plus and get the bills monthly, so they must have the correct address. Department switched to knew uniforms in January and when j received my 5 shirts (3 short sleeve and 2 long sleeve) my name was misspelled. I took them in that same month and was told it would take about 2 weeks. I was finally able to pick up 2 of the short sleeve polos. I placed a order on 02/09/2016 got my confirmation and a notice saying they would not ship out until 03/01/2016. So today 03/08/2016 I call to find out the status.... Were sorry sir your card was declined... I ask when did that happen because the charge posted as soon as I placed the order... And have not been notified by my bank that they declined a charge... I order boots, in size 7.5 ladies, but receive 5.5 n man, which was too small, I order twice, very hard to receive the actual size you need
Love the Lexington, KY retail store. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When I went to purchase boots for work, they helped too ensure I got the exact right fit and made sure I got exactly the type boot I wanted. I've purchased numerous items from them, and will continue to do so as I need them.
Piss poor quality control. My department's embroidered emblem was turned 90 degrees on its side. This after waiting four months for the item. Do people actually look at these items before shipping them?
