Not too happy. My orders are taking rather too long to receive. I found another company ONE GUARD APPAREL that is selling same things as Galls. Their prices are reasonable and FAST SHIPPING.
I ordered uniforms from the San Antonio store back in October 2016. It is now December and I just got the order and of course it was wrong. I have been there 5 times total for different things concerning the order and they still couldn't get it right. The sales staff is disrespectful and act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. They are not knowledgeable in the products they sell. I've never had a issue with them, until now. I've been charged for a product and have never received it. Customer service help still hasn't gotten back with me.
I ordered a couple custom embroidered mock turtlenecks and they came in the wrong color (everything else was as I wanted). I called Galls and they went above and beyond to make things right. They put a rush on the embroidery and gave me free next day delivery at zero cost to me. I called on a Wednesday around 5pm EST. I received the new mocks the NEXT MORNING and they were just as I wanted them. Galls' customer service is the best I've ever experienced and will be a Galls customer in the future for a long time.
I placed an order a couple months ago, received the products and were very pleased. Before then we had a representative come to my place of work to size us for work uniforms. They have come in the wrong sizes, spelled names wrong and the guy just asked our sizes not actually measuring anything. This is very disappointing consider the level of service your provide across the country, especially being in my home state. Bastards charge sales tax for out of state orders. Which is not required and is unconstitutional
I needed customization on my first order, and placed my order via phone to do so. Brenda in customer service was great, and supplied me with a coupon that (if I remember correctly) gave me free shipping at 15% off my order. I'm an individual who made the purchase for myself, and not a department. They still treated me like I was the most important customer they had calling. It was wonderful customer service! I've ordered from Galls for close to 5 1/2 years now. I've never had an issue with an order. Usually shipping promptly and having everything I ordered. I placed an order last week, and received my package yesterday. Turned out, I was missing an item. I called Galls, it was around 4 pm central time so I'm thinking I'll be on hold forever.
