Billed me for the item twice. Then on hold for 30mins and never talked to the manager or the accounting office. Never give them your hard earned money.
Got a simple order (nothing special or custom ordered). Was told 7-10 days. It has been 28 days and today I got about half of my order. I know other people who have had to wait even longer for items. Once I got there they asked me to wait and it was at least another 15 minutes while the employee walked around back and forth searching for my order. Being ex-military I've purchased stuff from you guys in the past. I bought my nephew, a new corrections officer, a gift card from you for Christmas. I told him how you guys are the go-to place for military and law enforcement gear. Two weeks after Christmas his house burned to the ground, and he lost the gift card. Ordered a BLS Med bag on Monday and it arrived by Wednesday. Great customer service and a great kit. Very pleased.
Ordered from them over the phone using a VISA gift card, I received the goods that week and all was well, 6 months later I start receiving a bill from them for the order, they tell me the gift card didn't go through, the gift card was thrown away after I received the order. Now they are threatening to report me to a collection agency. Don't do business with these people!
