RecommendedShelly Villanueva at Galls North KC was very helpful when I went in to order several items for our department. I had also had an issue over a previous order that she easily corrected. She has great customer service skills.
I returned a flashlight in October of 2018 for service/repair. I have called numerous times and so far I have no repair and no replacement. It is a $144 flashlight. I called in January and was told I'd have an answer that day - it's 4 March, no answer. I called again today and I was promised an answer but I have little faith I will get either a working flashlight or a replacement.

This has been a horrible experience. Was recently promoted so had to get new shirts, jackets redone, badge patches, chevrons, the whole bit. Was told less then a week. 12 days later still nothing. Stopped in on the off chance they had what I was looking for, staff was dumbfounded that I had not picked up my stuff as it had been sitting there. This place is terrible. Numerous times they've messed up my orders and I've talked to one person who is helpful. Even corporate told me they would check on something personally and never got back to me. I highly highly don't recommend this place.

I ordered under armour sneakers for myself! I placed the order on 02/09/19 and I received them 2/12/19. So they are very quick to send the orders out which I like! Thank you so much Gall’s I love my new shoes!!
