Thanks so much for these unpaid-for bonus items in my recent order. Sent you an email requesting instructions on how you would like these returned. 👍
On July 13,2019 I ordered some items that required an ID I sent the ID. I emailed them to check status and the order would be released On Tuesday got the email saying the order would be released. Today is July 18th and they said will ship out today. Worst ever will not use them again prices are high. The email address for the ids rejected the email saying it was spam. Will never use galls again I know the badge I ordered will take longer to get here. The whole order was on hold because of the badge.
Terrible customer service! By far the worst. I have never seen anything worse than this. I have ordered three times from this place and every time, something was back ordered, and shipped incorrectly. When I call to have my situation fixed, they don’t care, and ‘there’s nothing they can do.’ This latest one, I ordered a tourniquet holder and called a month later to see where it was, I was informed they no longer carry it and can not get it from their supplier, but didn’t have a problem taking my order for it, or money for it... read more
I went to the showroom to buy a High Gloss Flashlight holder. But they were out of stock, no big deal. So I called customer service and asked if they could transfer one from the warehouse to the show room and if I could pick it up the next day, the lady on the phone told me they definitely could do it, and that it would be available for me to pickup the next day.
