Found the quality of their boots to be poor. Zippers did not want to work. Not only were there pieces of leather keeping the zipper from moving the zippers themselves were weak. I got a follow up email asking me to rate but the link would only take me to the sales page not to the review section. To be fair I returned them & got a credit on my card in reasonable amount of time.
Received a completely incorrect order from them, a month after it was promised. It was returned unopened and unused. Almost two months after, still have not received the proper credit and no one there seems to care. I suggest finding another supplier
It clearly states on their catalog that the Point Blank Vest is only sold to law enforcement or licensed security guards. Go to the Galls store in Raleigh, NC, only to be told that they are only sold to law enforcement. Person doesn’t care what catalog says. Well Galls, which one counts?
LIE - DISCRIMINATE - BULLY employees! HR is A JOKE! They are all to “kissy kissy”! When you go to them for help, they ignore you. HR acts like they are “untouchable”. THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS & frankly, the ENTIRE HR should be let go w/ no notice so new HR Staff can be hired. This current HR are all to “cozy” & set in there ways. PRETTY PATHETIC when the Director of Legal goes to work drunk, then leaves because he stayed out too late. I’m so fed up with Galls. Showroom is terrible so therefor you have to order online. When I order anything uniform wise it has to be repaired or altered correctly. 31 inch inseam not 35. Absolutely ridiculous, if you pay me I will come give classes on how to read a tape measure.
They won't change anything.
Their “compliance” Dept needs to research LA law before making assumptions, particularly as it relates to private investigators. I’ll no longer order our gear from this company on principle alone.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THESE PEOPLE ! First i ordered an outter carrier vest for work . Package was shipped a day late . Then the package was held instead of being given go to the carrier. The they finally give them the package . But they requested the package to ONLY be delivered on WEEKDAYS . Mind you i paid 50 DOLLARS for my package to be delivered overnight and be able to be delivered on saturday if need be . I ordered the Vest on a Wednesday . A coworker and I ordered work shirts on 7/10/19 we both ordered two (2) of the same shirt just different sizes. After a month he got one (1 as in not 2) and I had none. I called and was told on that 8/14 they would be out for delivery. Now it's the 21st and I still have no shirts and he has still only one. I thought maybe it was just the one store in Des Moines as this would be the third time this year they have screwed up orders for just me alone.
