A passionIn the late 1920s Edward Gallrein Sr. started a dairy farm business in Jefferson County Ky. He started with only about 17 head and over many years it grew to over 400. His son William Gallrein Sr. continued the family tradition of dairy farming and in 1972 purchased a farm in Shelby County. The dairy business had grown to the point of milking cows around the clock! They have the best vegetables ever!! The corn will melt in your mouth. The sugar baby watermelon is the bomb. Lol and cantaloupe omg!!!! The people are the most friendliest respectful ever also. You never meet a stranger it feels like.
Their corn is absolutely the best, most tender, sweetest corn! They also have canning tomatoes.
Not only are all of the staff super friendly, they have fantastic produce!
Can't say enough about how much I love love love this place! They have the nicest cafe(loved the summer salad today!), fudge and the prettiest produce I've ever seen along with everyone there is so friendly!!
