A passionIn the late 1920s Edward Gallrein Sr. started a dairy farm business in Jefferson County Ky. He started with only about 17 head and over many years it grew to over 400. His son William Gallrein Sr. continued the family tradition of dairy farming and in 1972 purchased a farm in Shelby County. The dairy business had grown to the point of milking cows around the clock! I bought a bushel of peaches & cream corn and a bushel of Tenderette green beans for canning and freezing fresh out of the field. The green beans I give 5 stars they are so easy to break and haven't found a bad one yet. The corn is so sweet and tender just like you poured sugar over it. You won't be disappointed. 5 stars very friendly people.
