Worth every Penney. The people were informative, kind and efficient. From my initial encounters with Jen, Jennifer and Mark to my interactions with the production team of Antonio, Johnny and Joaquin I experienced nothing but true perfection. I especially appreciated the hard work of the production team - it was amazing all that they did. I really liked how they reiterated if there’s anything I’m not happy with call and they’ll fix it!
My husbands favorite spot used to be sitting in front of the TV in his vibrating recycling chair, and now I can’t get him out of the Safe Step Walk in Spa! He’s literally becoming a new man!

We should mention that it was Mr. Jerry M***** to whom we call our Project Manager who explained to the detail all the benefits of such wonderful product "Safe Step Tub". Jerry gave us all the explanation of the product history and we can see how marvelous it is to have a /safe Step Tub at home. We give 20 stars to Jerry M***** and to whom he represents
Raymond P** and his co-worker (I believe his name is Dave) were awesome! They were very efficient and good at their jobs and made sure to answer all of my questions. They took the time to make sure I knew all the controls, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the process. I’m very happy with the tub!

if i would have known before the set up was scheduled about needing larger hot water heater i would have waited to get the tub installed.. now cant use it til i upgrade water heater
