My Wife and I fell in love with our new Safe-Step tub the first time we used it. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the products. The installation team was very friendly and competent. They completed the install without any issues and did a very clean job. They left without leaving any trace behind. We will definitely recommend the Safe-Step Tub Company to all who need one and even those that don't know they need one. We are very glad that we chose Safe-Step Tubs to install our walk-in tub for us.

From start to finish purchasing the Safe **** Walk-in Bathtub was a very pleasant experience. The salesman was so nice and explained everything very well. Working with the office staff was easy too. The installation crew were the nicest and very professional. They did a great job and left everything so clean. The process went very smoothly and the bathtub looks beautiful. We love our new tub!
We are Absolutely satisfied and more than We actually expected. The Crew was so skilled, informative, through and so professional. I am more than pleased. They went above what even our contract said. I can not tell you how refreshing it was. Mainly because I never heard or felt with excuses of any kind that was either regarding Covid, We cant! Or delays. I highly recommend this company.
