Very good company, **** did an excellent presentation and everything, he said was true. *** and ***** were very professional and worked hard installing my walk in tub. They very courteous and *** took time to go over the ins and outs of the operation.In office ****** and ****** were very patient with me. They answered my questions kindly. Top of the line organization!

Ultimate relaxation of tight muscles and arthritic joints. Using all the features, lights, music and the tiny bubbles makes it the perfect mind/body experience. Initially I thought it was a very expensive luxury but after 3 weeks I find it my new best friend! But it is expensive!

My mom always enjoyed a nice relaxing bath. But after recovering from a fractured leg she just didn't feel safe getting in and out of her soaking tub. The installation went quickly and perfect. The install team of Antonio and Joaquin are absolutely the best! Courteous, friendly, on time, and masters of their art. We are extremely pleased with the product and the process. They kept advised of the progress throughout. They left the worksite spotlessly clean.

Safe Step Tub handled all the problems we had at the house it was a big job lotta demo restructuring the entire floor to put a new tub Raymond and Dave did a great job I’ve been in the business for 40 years and I’ve never seen two more professional and respectful workers every night they left everything clean all tools neatly put away So as not to inconvenience my wife and I I would highly recommend this company to anyone they are great what a joy it is to soak and relax safely

From the first minute I spoke to Antonio Lopez I got nothing but positive vibes from him. He definately knows his job! He and his helpers, Johney ,& Joaqwn have done a nothing but grade A excellent job for us! They worked digilantelantly the whole process. They were so thoughtful, explained everything completly. We are completely satisfied with their work. I give them a AAA +

Good salesman. He explained the whole process. All work and installation went according to plan. Installers were on time and efficient. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. I am a very happy customer.

I am mostly satisfied. The install took 12 hours, which longer than anticipated. I was insured that only the outside frame would need to be removed to get the tub in the bathroom. But the frame was removed and broken in the process. I was told the shower package would include a big showerhead but the installers told me my contract didn't include this showerhead and that it was no longer being manufactured.
