From the being to the end, the person that met with me in my home walked me through everything that would take place: And the installers were just as efficient.
Our experience with Safe Step personnel from first meeting to tub placement was great. They were great in communicating with us each step of the process. The men who put the tub in worked hard in a small area and made it all work with wonderful smiles. Everyone was so nice, they worked each day like they said they would until done. Great experience with this company. Very happy with the ability to call one number in the states for answering questions.
The people are great and the service is great. They helped us decide where to place grab bars so we felt safe and secure. They were neat and clean in the work area. Very polite and helpful. My husband fell and broke his hip he now feels safe and can take a shower on his own. The first time he used the shower he said it felt like someone gave him a thousand dollars. Thank you Safe Step

SafeStep was simply superb in every sense of the word during all phases of the transaction. For starters, their sales representative was as knowledgeable as he was courteous. Both sales rep ****** *********** (*****) were professional & knowledgeable. My installation was difficult due to exciting shutters needing sufficient clearance to open. ***** listened to my expectations & started working. He was able to leave part of the exciting structure from the soaking tub giving me a decorative shelf/ledge on either side of the tub. I have multiple sclerosis and I thought it would be safe to get a walk in tub. Boy was I wrong. The guy who came out said it would be the same size as my regular tub and its not. He also said the door would be big enough for me to step in and its not. When I get in the tub I have to put my right leg on the seat and bend back to close the door and then lock it.
