Very Fast ,efficient installation. Installers were very concerned about the fact that I was comfortable and cleaned up any debris that they may have left. They are very friendly and they make sure you are educated on the use of the Walk in Tub
The entire experience from beginning to end this incredibly professional. They accidentally didnt take into consideration that I need to rewire my home in order for the Jets to work in my bathroom. So at no extra charge they cut holes in my ceiling of what you would never know and spent an entire day wiring my home to prepare for the next day installation. Quick and efficient installation. The crew was friendly and communicated very well. They left the bathroom area in better condition than before, including adding a strip of coordinating floor strip to cover the difference in size from my old bathtub floor. I am very happy with my installation and am already recommending Safe Step to my friends. In addition to the standard tub, I am enjoying the extra jets, the colors, the Bluetooth with my music, etc. A true bathing experience!

I was very pleased with the workmanship and the process very happy with my new tub.
It's been 2 weeks since our Safe-step Walk-In tub was installed and each day gets better and better. Originally purchased for the ease of getting out of a tub, which it is, we now get a massage, exfoliation and aromatherapy as a bonus. It's very relaxing and soothing for our old joints. The people in the office are always helpful and responsive to our many questions. And the technicians are all very nice, professional and knowledgable. Very happy with the company, product, installation. Maybe they could improve a little on communication prior to install, but overall a wonderful experience.
