After going to a couple of jewellery shops in St Alban's and feeling very judged my partner and I visited Galio and the experience couldn't have been better. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Our experience was outstanding and the finished ring as well as the planning and dedication shown by the team was amazing.

I've taken my watch to Galio on a couple of occasions over the 15 years I've owned it because it's needed a service. This is such a nice establishment, you get a warm welcome and the staff are very friendly and professional, they explained how long the service would take and how much it would cost. For my particular brand it was ten weeks, I know this sounds like a long time but that's not uncommon, and to be honest I couldn't be happier with the results. I couldn’t be more pleased with Sarah’s work. She did help me from the beginning to understand everything about diamonds. The ring which was just a dream before now it’s on my finance’s finger . Such a beautiful ring and really professional customer service. Thank you!!!!!

My husband and I bought our wedding rings from Galio. Everyone who works here is lovely!! We now have our wedding rings on after our wedding and we couldn’t love them more. If any couples are wondering where to go to buy their wedding rings, this jewellers is definitely where you should go!
