Amazing! A definite must is the Crab Cheesecake!
This is one of my favorite places to eat , the atmosphere, the service and of course the Pie! The Pecan Pie is worth the drive from Weatherford all the way to Galveston. I am consistently impressed with the service.
The stuffed flounder is a must! Highly recommend this iconic restaurant!
Perfection! Love the ambience, love the food. I had grilled shrimp and my husband had the fried catfish. Topped it off with excellent bread pudding and french press coffee. Our server, Vadim, was very personable and efficient. I wish this restaurant was in Kansas City, where we live!
Unfortunately I am going to have to give a bad review also. While I loved the history and the service was great I had your combo with scallops, snapper and shrimp today and have been very ill for the past few hours. It was very expensive and you do advertise that you're scallops are deep sea and they aren't, they are bay scallops and I'm really not sure anything is fresh caught at all because unless you and Walmart go fishing together that's what I feel I was served. Well I thought the food was good , little expensive , I thought you would get a salad with dinner and wanted to get a baked potato as a side the waiter said it would be a 4.00 up charge for a potato .....my meal was like 22.00 smh thought that was little crazy ..... And they don't have sweet tea .....my husband wanted oysters they did not have them said they were out lol
Service was very POOR TONIGHT!! Had reservation and still waited 30 minutes without a drink order. Went next door to Nick's sat right then and great service. Ruth is awseome!!
Gaido's has been a lifelong favorite. The food and service are always excellent.
