The wait staff was great and the meal was wonderful! Thank you for an excellent experience.
The food was good, service somewhat slow. The main issue was when we entered the door and approached the front desk, the guy just stared at us without a hello or anything. Poor customer service
Through the years Gaido's remains unbeatable. The standard by which Gulf Coast seafood is judged. Gaido's is a timeless classic and forever appreciated and loved.
Our dinner was impeccable! And our waiter, Arthur Baird, was the best!! A special Thanksgiving meal with my son, made even more special with our choice to eat at Gaido's.
Gaido's is a classic. I enjoyed the sameness of the setting and the food and service was excellent.
We visited Gaido's at the recommendation of some friends who live in Omega Bay. We were there to celebrate our daughter's 25th birthday. The food was phenomenal and the waiter, Vinnie, was exceptional. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. We could not have been more pleased and will most assuredly return every time we visit Galveston. Many thanks!
We did a spur of the moment visit to this restaurant and was seated within a few minutes with a window view of the ocean. Richard was our server and I can't say enough good things about him. His service was excellent and he had all the answers to the questions we asked him about the history of the restaurant! The food was excellent the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting even though we walked into a white tablecloth unknowingly.
