The gumbo was pretty good and the monitor was better!!

Our server Arthur was awesome and full of energy with knowledge of the menu and drinks went above and beyond
We just left Gaido's after eating dinner. The Lump Crab Stuffed Shrimp were outstanding! It's my new favorite!!! �
We were seated quickly, and placed our orders. Then waited for an hour before we were served our entrees! Three couples seated after us ordered and ate before our food arrived. When it arrived the Gumbo was cold, gray and gelatinous. The Seafood Fondue tasted soured and overcooked. The batter on the catfish on the Seafood Platter fell off the fish and was gummy. The crab claws were very old, fishy tasting. The Shrimp balls tasted soured. $82.27 for a lunch we will NEVER repeat!
It was our first visit and what a lovely place. Our waitress recommended the tile fish and it was a great choice. Hubby had a seafood platter and loved the crab fingers. We will definitely be back for a special occasion.
Best seafood my husband and I have ever had in our 50+ years! Atmosphere and service were excellent also! We LOVED it!!!!
The food was great as well as the service. Our server Anca was great and explained our menu and dishes very well. Always very attentive. Worth the price.
My family has dined here for many years, yesterday's visit was disappointing. When you walk in the front door there is a strong odor of mildew that followed us to our table. My fried shrimp was soggy and my fried catfish was too tough. It was not the quality of times past.
