Every time we go to Galveston we visit Gaidos and they never disappoint us. The food and service is the best.
Always go to Gaido's when in Galveston area. Never had a bad meal. The Sofia Chardonnay is wonderful with seafood. Oysters are in season. Charcoaled grilled on the half shell -- wonderful!!
I had made a bet and was bringing my friends to eat here. We NEVER need menus, as our good friend Ron P. always orders for us. It's oyster night. Ponzini oysters, 2 dozen 1/2 shell raw, a dozen Rock, and one more that had a jalapeno kick. There were 3 of us and I want to say "Sally" is the one waitress that was a hoot. She is very professional, but cordial as well. So in February we will be asking for her again.
