I have dined at Gaidos almost every year since i was a child. Brought my wife and daughter here for the first time and they are both in love.
The best food, drinks, and service in Galveston. Period.

Omg they changed their menu. They no longer have the four course with the appetizer & dessert included. The shrimp wrapped in bacon was not as good as we had the night before at Rainforest. My husband had stomach upset all day. He got a large bowl of gumbo & a seafood platter. Because of this I'm really wanting so skip Gaidos in the future!!!
The food was not good. The waiters wasn't helpful concerning the menu. Even when complaining about the food not good they still bring you a check for the full price. Gaido 'so sucks.
I can't even explain how amazing the food here was! I would most definitely go back!!
This is the best seafood restaurant in the world family owned and operated with such heritage and phenomenal food if you can't get there look for their salad dressings tartar sauce and other items in your local H-E-B!!! and God bless Mrs.QP
