Although our waiter was very sweet, I am shocked by the lack of ability to accommodate my black pepper allergy. We called in advance, were told they have chefs in the kitchen, and could make me a great meal, no problem. Being a chef, I know there are a wealth of seasonings available in which to prepare a meal without black pepper. To tell me they can only serve me with olive oil and lemon was an insult. food was over priced, food was not up to par. I know the place is old but it does not have to smell old too. all around horrible experience.

We've been coming here for 30 years and it is absolutely the best seafood on the island hands down. Calamari was perfect and my entree was a combination oyster platter that was to DIE FOR. Thank you Gaidos and will see you next time!
One of the best sea food meals that we have had. The service was great.
Do not order the stuffed flounder unless you want to filet your own fish as you eat. I did not just come across 2 or 3 bones I lost count after 20+ bones. That is so sad considering this is $34. I've had stuffed flounder from Pappas for years and never had an issue with bones. Eat at your own risk.

There was a hair on my plate, the replacement steak came out 15 minutes later and was undercooked and I couldn't eat it. My family had finished their meal by the time they brought it and offered to cook it more. I was told " don't worry, they removed it from your bill". I said that I hoped so as I didn't get it nor did I get to eat dinner at all. Long drive just to eat here and was so disappointed. Even my receipt says " hair on plate ". Family dinner ruined. Left hungry and sad.
Great food, wet bar, live band and friendly service
The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. ..highly recommended.
