Since I work in Women and Children's I am a little partial to GRMC. Tuesday I was a patient in the cath lab. I was very nervous. I can't say enough good things about the staff that took care of me Before, during and after my heart cath. All of the staff up there were very professional and caring to me and my family esp. my 83 yr. old daddy who was so scared of losing me (we lost my mama a year ago) Thank you to the ladies in Registration and Everyone in the cath lab and Dr. Khitan. Thank you!!
My Brother has stage 5 lung cancer and we brought him in the ER and was admitted to the 9th floor South the nurses on 3rd shift Tara,Alyssa,,and April were so kind and compassionate to my Brother and family.I cannot thank them enough they went above their job..My brother and family appreciate everything that they done for him! The world needs more nurses like these 3. Thank y'all so vety much!!
Horrible!!! I went in at 10:00pm and was there til 7:27am thats almost 10 freaking hours just to tell me he THINK its an upper respiratory infection. They hooked me up to a chest machine cause i was having chest pains and my machine kept beeping due to the pain was coming and going but they did not check on me and it took forever to get a blanket. My overall experience sucks!!! As long as i can help it i will stay away from there!!!
The nurses and doctors are awesome. Only took couple hours Austin was in a room and on antibiotics. He is now almost ready to go home. Some time when I stepped out they replaced mattress with air mattress. They ordered trays for me. The PCT. Took very good care of him. My back hurts from bedroom and lack of sleep from hourly check ups.
GRMC quite good. However husband was sent to 6th floor room to eat, drink and pee, then would be discharged. As of this moment waiting for water and food. They discharged without what getting what they requested. I hope our bill will be reduced by 2/3 %. No wonder prices are so high there. Waiting to hear a reply.
My husband had surgery yesterday at GRMC, yes we did wait awhile which is normal at all hospitals, but the nurses were so nice, the pinks ladies precious and we love Dr. Davenport.... we are thankful.
Took my mom to the day surgery for a double lumpectomy. I would say A plus. Although it took all day. That was because of the number of others there for some kind of procedure. The staff were very attentive and caring. They kept us informed all the way through the process. My mom was well taken care of. Thank you all.
