My patient transporters was great my nurse who did my discharge was great. The rest were rude and didn't wanna work
Incompetent doctor in ER, nasty rooms and bathrooms, nurses talking negatively about Drs and ER (which was justified but unprofessional), too many issues to list but please spare yourself the anguish of a visit here. Go straight to Bham!!
I just had my daughter On 6/6/17 . As of today 6/8/17 I was discharged with the news that my little girl would be staying a little longer. Not only have I had such AMAZING help from nurses here , that have been running none stop their whole shift , but the Dep. director and nurse did everything that they could to make sure I was able to stay by my daughter's side till she was released. Hands down the worst hospital stay I've ever experienced. The staff doesn't seem to care about patient care, they were cussing about their patients in the hallway, and apparently it takes hours to find any answers or medication. You call the nurse's desk only to be hung up on in mid sentence, and when the nurses are supposed to walk you 3-4 hours after surgery, they won't come until 8 hours later... and they don't even walk you then. If this makes no sense it's because I'm so angry and upset that I can't even think straight.... read more

Nurses was very nice. Took way to long. I was there for 6 hours.
