I was in the ER, then ICU, then CCU then the 7th floor. Every nurse, nurse tech, cleaning personel, nutrition department individual that I encountered were very friendly, always smiling, positive & extremely helpful! The food was pretty good too!
We had a very positive experience today at Gadsden Regional Hospital. My 12 year old daughter had knee surgery and everyone from the registration desk to the nurses and the doctors were exceptionally kind and caring. We give our thanks and gratitude for a job well done.
I wish there was a rating lower than a one! Husband's granddaughter has been here since 6:20 this morning for a 15 min procedure. It is now 11:48 and she has been in pre-op since 9:30! Still no procedure! This is the worst hospital ever and there is no excuse for this!
They all were awesome to me...very friendly. I will see for sure next week after I have surgery
If I could give a zero, I would. I don't think I will ever go back to that one. I sat in there for 4 hours and never was called to a room. I left and went to Riverview and was taken straight back and put in a room and was out by a hour. I use to like Gadsden Regional better, but not no more.
