I spent a week in adult psych in March 2018. The nurses and all of the staff were super nice. I won't hesitate to go back to Gadsden if I ever need to.
In the middle of a miscarriage and infant in my arms, I was treated horribly and was not helped at all. After suffering in the waiting room for quite some time I left for Anniston where they actually seem to care about patients. Oh and even though I wasn’t helped I received a bill today for their “services”.
Brought Grandmother in to the ER tonight, worst experience ever. The nurse and nurse practitioner that saw us directly (when we saw them) was great. There was a couple codes called while we was there and I totally understand those taking priority over EVERYONE. That was IMPORTANT stuff. The worst hospital in Gadsden I would not send anyone to them unless you crazy and try to kill yourself they don't care because they get money for the people in the crazy part
Contracted MRSA in my surgical sights after rotator cuff repair. Had to have an additional procedure to clean and irrigate my shoulder. Not once in the 10+ hours I was there did I see cleaning people. Will never go again.
