we took our 15 month old daughter here they said she had pink eye, prescribed her some eye cream and sent us home. about 3 hrs later we applied eye cream and about ten minutes after that she started bleeding from the eye, we rushed back to hospital only to have security called on us before even being seen by the triage nurse. YALL WOULDNT SEE MY DAUGHTER (SHE HAS FULL MEDICAID!) then we went to Riverview and they seen her right away! gadsden regional is a JOKE!!!!!
The ER isn't like most. You don't sit there for hours waiting to be seen
All the staff in the ED took great care of my father in law!
I'm currently on the 8th floor with respiratory issues. The people in the ER were nice but Kelsey, Mason and Dillon have been amazing! They need a gold star and a raise! Thanks y'all!
Had surgery Friday and stayed over night from the time I was admitted and discharged I had the best care and the sweetest nurses On the 3rd floor Emily and Hannah where amazing and so was Dr.Manning
I was mis diagnosed and was in chronic pain the sent me home with otc Tylenol I waited approx eight and have hours my copay One hundred and sixty on my insurance I cryed and walked the floor all night the next morning my mother took me to a clinic I saw another Dr she knew what was wrong with me and sent me to Birmingham to the eye foundation I had the shingles from crown of my head to my right eye and one busted in my eye it could have caused me to go blind
